You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a Store Credit Only. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Returned items must be Free of Odor, Not be Damaged or Worn in any way. All original tags must be attached to the item.
Elocin LLC require a Return Authorization Code. Customer must acquire Code before sending merchandise back by calling 1-609-954-7893 or by logging on to www.elocinfashions.com/refunds.html and requesting a code. Any return without Authorization Code will not be granted refund. Email return requests within three (3) days of receiving clothes to Returns@elocinfashions.com. A customer representative will immediately contact you with a Return Authorization Code. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Your package will include an order invoice, and return form document. Complete the “Return Form” with the Return Authorization Code.
Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed “Return Form”. All returned items must be Free of Odor, Not be Damaged or Worn in any way. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All items should be sent with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you received the merchandise as a gift, follow return steps above. Fill in your name and address and indicate if you want an exchange or a gift cheque sent to you.
