Item Availablity

The availability of a product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock," "Advanced Sale," or "Release Date." Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out of stock (Advanced Sale items) or are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer (Release Date items). For more information, please read the details below.

Please note: Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

In-Stock Items

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-3 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Thursday.  After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Advanced Sale Items

Advanced Sale items are items that are not in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Advanced Sale items are shipped directly once they arrive in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Advanced Sale item via email. Expected shipment time (for example, "Advanced Sale: Expected Release Date in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the Product Detail page.

Release Date Items

Release Date items are items that are available for purchase on our site in advance of the manufacturer's release date for sale to the general public. Release Date items are shipped directly, once the approved release date arrives. You will be notified of the status of your Release Date item via email. Expected shipment time (for example, "Release Date: Buy now for shipping on 04/08/2010") is indicated on the Product Detail page.
